OVERVIEW
Kristen O’Donnell represents policyholders whose claims have been wrongfully denied or underpaid. Kristen began her career at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms, where she represented insurance carriers in first-party property disputes and third-party general liability matters. Defending carriers for several years afforded Kristen invaluable knowledge and an insightful perspective, enabling her to obtain favorable outcomes for her clients. She prides herself on paying meticulous attention to detail and providing effective client communication.
Kristen earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, she received the book award in negotiation and mediation and wrote a paper that earned her the highest grade. Kristen also worked as a research assistant, where she assisted her professor with the research and writing for The Science Behind the Art of Legal Writing. Prior to attending law school, Kristen received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Go Knights!
Kristen is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as well as all state courts within the state of Florida. She was selected for the second straight year by Super Lawyers to the “Florida Rising Stars” list. This distinction is reserved for only 2.5% of Florida attorneys and is based largely on review and recommendation by other attorneys in the area.
Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys traveling, boating with family and friends, and watching college football.
