Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Alex received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2015 from Florida International University in communications. Toward the end of his undergraduate studies, Alex realized he wanted to expand on the written and oral communication skills he’d developed and further apply them toward a career in advocacy. Alex attended Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2019. While in law school, Alex gained invaluable experience as an advocate for all sorts of clients through such opportunities as externing for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and participating in clinics that educate inner city youth on constitutional issues and civil rights violations. Following law school, Alex returned to Miami, where he began his legal career as an assistant state attorney representing the people of the State of Florida in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. It was there that Alex was able to try various kinds of criminal cases and hone his trial advocacy skills. After a term of public service, Alex transitioned into the private sector where he began representing homeowners and commercial property owners in wrongfully denied and underpaid insurance claims. At Krapf Law now, Alex continues to apply the same knowledge, experience, and expertise to attain the very best possible results for his clients. Alex is also an avid sports fan and, while away from work, enjoys being with friends and family as well as various outdoor activities.
