Allison Robert, a South Florida native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. Allison has focused her practice on first-party and third-party property insurance disputes, and has extensive experience in property insurance litigation, spending the entirety of her legal career helping homeowners and small businesses fight their insurance companies when wrongfully denied, underpaid, or facing unreasonable delays.
